An Introduction to Mindfulness Program |
Based on simple and empirically-supported practices, iMindful provides participants with training in many different mindfulness-based practices.
This program provides in-class training and support and home practice recommendations to help participants form new habits and skills
to reduce stress, improve performance and increase overall wellbeing.

Each course, delivered onsite includes:
IDEAL SIZE: < 40 employees TARGET AUDIENCE: Appropriate for leaders, teams, or groups of employees at organizations of any size FACILITATION: Larger team programs are best facilitated with 2 teachers FORMATS: Modifiable and customizable options > An 8-week series, with class times of one to two hours in length > A 5-day intensive, with class times of one to two hours in length each day > Two 4-week courses, iMindful 101 and iMindful 201, with class times of one to two hours in length > Two half-day workshops, delivered one to two months apart Optional: Include ongoing "tune up" sessions, offered weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or semi-annually |
