​Our Mindfulness & Self-Compassion programs provide participants with training in a variety of evidence-based practices. Offered in workshop or multi-session formats, these customizable programs provide on-site training and support, along with ongoing practice recommendations to help participants form new habits and skills. Ultimately, these programs are designed ​to reduce stress, improve performance, and increase overall resilience and wellbeing.

>Single-Session Introductory Presentations
  • The Foundations of Mindfulness
  • An Introduction to the Science of Self-Compassion
  • Communicating While Present: An Introduction to Mindful Communication
>Intensive Workshops 
  • Mindfulness for Work, Mindfulness for Life (4-8 hours, consecutive or over multiple workshops)
  • Building Resilience with Mindfulness & Self-Compassion (4-8 hours, consecutive or over multiple workshops)
> Multi-Session Series
  • Introduction to Mindfulness: 60- 90 minute weekly classes for 6- 8 weeks
  • Mindfulness Intensive: 60- 120 minute daily classes over 5 consecutive days
