Leaders are facing increasing demands on time, energy and resources. The leader who can maintain awareness and control is the leader who gets more accomplished, keeps the vision clear and communicates it best to others.
These programs explore how mindfulness and self-compassion practices help us access our very best selves. Through science-based exercises, facilitated conversations and exploration of this critical 21st Century skill, this experiential program explores the benefits of becoming more mindful in our work, our leadership, and our lives.
This program will help leaders understand the key benefits of incorporating mindfulness and self-compassion principles and practices into their leadership roles and as part of a personal resilience toolkit.
