Mindful & Resilient Leaders: Cultivating the Conscious Leader

Leaders are facing increasing demands on time, energy and resources. The leader who can maintain awareness and control is the leader who gets more accomplished, keeps the vision clear and communicates it best to others. 

​These programs explore how mindfulness and self-compassion practices help us access our very best selves. Through science-based exercises, facilitated conversations and exploration of this critical 21st Century skill, this experiential program explores the benefits of becoming more mindful in our work, our leadership, and our lives.

This program will help leaders understand the key benefits of incorporating mindfulness and self-compassion principles and practices into their leadership roles and as part of a personal resilience toolkit.
  • Learn how paying attention in an intentional way can positively impact health, wellbeing, and productivity.
  • Explore the value proposition that mindful presence offers in the business environment.
  • Build awareness of reactivity as it happens and learn how to engage in more skillful responses in moments of difficulty.
  • Understand how identifying and managing one’s own habits is a critical component of effective communication and compassionate interpersonal relationships.
  • Explore the new science of how self-compassion enhances resilience.  
  • Understand how building high-resolution internal awareness can facilitate conscious & intentional decision-making.
  • Explore how clarifying personal values can reduce internal conflict and improve sustainability of work and leadership roles.
  • Discuss how mindfulness can facilitate intentional choices that support conscious living and leading.
