Anxiety, stress, and burnout have reached epidemic levels in education, and as a result, far too many K-12 professionals leave before they've even really begun. Fortunately, we are learning that there are specific skills that we can cultivate to increase our resilience and wellbeing, and thereby also improve our performance and enjoyment of our work.
Many school-based resilience and wellbeing programs focus on the kids. The folks who run the classroom, the school, and the district are often left out of the wellbeing equation.

Our programs demystify mindfulness and self-compassion, provide the scientific support, and offer specific practical tools for integrating them into work and life.
