These intensive workshops allow participants to more fully engage in various mindfulness practices and experience the benefits for themselves. In a half-day, full-day or multi-day immersion workshop, we have the opportunity to set aside routine and deeply explore what a mindful life can be and how it can have a positive impact on our work roles. These workshops can be customized depending on area of interest, and can include topics such as mindful leadership, mindful communication, compassion at work, mindful movement and more.
